Share in his rich wealth of experience, which he has gathered in his work throughout Europe (France, Switzerland, Austria). In Berlin he made his name in the Restaurant Borchardt, the Bouvril and as a deputy chef for Kofler & Company to mention but a few. As a freelance chef he has been involved in events like the "Ball des Sports", working with Johann Lafer, and with Eckhard Witzigmann at the launch of his cookery-tent "Palazzo". He has also overseen many big events for „Feinkost Käfer“ in Munich. This is an opportunity to not just watch a master chef at work, but to create your own amazing dishes under his guidance. Naturally you will also be able to indulge in these delicious specialities in the beautiful KochEtage dining lounge. The culinary school is only a five minute walk away from Hecker's Hotel.
